2) Do Task 1, Task 2 and Task 3 (page 11-13)
3) Read the letters of complaint (page 13-17) and write what solutions wwere found in each case.
4) Using the replies to the letters of complaint given on page 13-17 as models, write a reply to the letter of complaint from the company about the quality of your purchase or the service you were dissatisfied with.

Homework
1) Read the text «How to Write a Letter of Complaint» and answer the questions (exercise 1, page 1-3)
2) Read the letters of complaint and write out the reason for complaint for each letter (page 3-8).
3) Answer the questions (exercise 3, page 8).
- When was the last time you were dissatisfied with a purchase or service?
- What did you buy or what service did you use? Why weren’t you satisfied?
- Did you do anything about it (did you complain to the company or firm about the low quality of your purchase or their service?
- Do exercise 4, page 8 (write a letter of complaint).
